From Historical Records:
NICHOLS Anna The Wieks Putnam County History indicates Anna Nichols, wife of Adam, is buried in this cemetery. She probably died about 1860.
SCOTT W. H. Page 47 of the 1966 Putnam County Sesqiucentennial lists a W. H. Scott as a Civil War Soldier buried in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
