Monroe
Township Putnam County Indiana: Records copied from tombstones in the Graves
family burial |
plot,
about ½ mile west and ½ or ¼ mile south of Bainbridge Indiana, south and west
of the old Daniel |
Thornton
residence, now occupied by Howard Hostetter and family on land entered by

This
little plot is atop a hill that is easily seen from the N & S road 1 mile
west of Bainbridge, but is so |
overgrown
with underbrush, that it is difficult to locate except by one who is familiar
with the place. No |
stones are
standing, and some are almost buried under soil and leaves. |
