This cemetery is on private property. Obtain permission from property owner before visiting this cemetery.
Directions:
Go north of Cloverdale on US 231 to Co Rd 700S, which is also called the Conservation Club Road. Go east on 700S for one mile. The road will make a sharp right turn then a sharp left turn just past the Conservation Club. This is the Cloverdale/Jefferson township line. Just past these curves there is a gate on the left (north) side of the road. Go through the gate and north through the pasture to the edge of the woods. The property owner has recently installed a fence around the cemetery, with a real nice sign over the entrance.
Condition: Good
Until a few years ago the cemetery was in bad disrepair as the prior owner had let cattle overrun the area. Current owner is a descendent of the pioneers buried here and purchased the surrounding property in part to maintain the cemetery. He has placed a fence around the cemetery, with a nice sign at the gate. He is justifiably proud of the current condition of the cemetery.
The number at the left of each name corresponds with the map of the cemetery.
