Notes:

Most of the children are children of Hiram Bagley Stewart and Nancy (Parks) Stewart

who are buried at the Roachdale Cemetery. Hiram B. Stewart's father was John Preston Stewart,

and his grandfather was David Stewart who was born in Ireland about 1760/1765.

The infant son of W. P. and E. E. Stewart was a son of William Preston Stewart and

Elizabeth Ellen (Cox) Stewart. William Preston Stewart was also a son of Hiram Bagley and

Nancy Parks Stewart, making him an uncle of most of the children buried here.

Nancyanna Riggle was a daughter of Spencer Riggle and Elizabeth Carlisle Stewart, who

was also a daughter of Hiram Bagley Stewart and Nancy (Parks) Stewart.

Note: Amanda Stewart owned 34 acres in the southern part of section 11 in the 1879 Atlas

It looks like her property at that time was about 1/4 mile southwest of the cemetery

In the 1879 Atlas, it looks like the property the cemetery is on was owned by L. W. Darnall
